Prints.
After your photo shoot the film will be processed and scanned into a computer. You can then make an appointment to come back to Roclord Studio and view the results on a large computer monitor and choose which prints you would like to order. There are two basic types of prints to choose from.
CUSTOM prints are printed on beautiful Kodak Metallic paper. Images are enhanced to feature the richest color or with black-and-white, to feature the best possible detail in the shadows and highlights. Custom prints do not include any retouching to the image. Black-and-white prints are generally sepia toned to have a chocolate-brown tint. The prints are matted with archival quality mat board. Optionally, you may have your print mounted on hard board to be framed with no mat.
GALLERY prints are enhanced in the same way as Custom Prints, then retouched to remove blemishes, wrinkles, scars, stains from clothing and other unwanted details from the original image.
Alternative. There are many other printing choices available, including folded greeting cards, fiber b&w prints, Iris prints, canvas etc. If there’s something you’re looking for please ask and we’ll try to figure out a method to give you what you need.
Budget. Great, custom photography is not cheap. By the time I’m finished with your entire order I may have spent 20+ hours on your family alone. When you first contact me I will send you a current price list. It’s a good idea to get a rough idea of your budget before you come in to order your prints. I can help you narrow down your choices to within your budget.
